Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Startup Karnataka for memberships, events, programs, or services are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the service.

2. Cancellations

You may choose to discontinue participation in any of our services, programs, or events at any time. However, discontinuation or cancellation by the participant does not qualify for a refund, partial or full.

3. Organizational Cancellations

In the rare event that Startup Karnataka cancels a program, event, or service for reasons including but not limited to administrative requirements, insufficient participation, or force majeure, participants may be offered:

• A credit towards a future event or program, OR
• Rescheduling of the service to a later date.

No cash refunds will be issued even in such cases.

4. Non-Refundable Items

All of the following are strictly non-refundable:

• Membership fees
• Event and workshop registrations
• Program enrollment fees
• Digital resources, downloadable materials, or accessed content
• Donations made to the Startup Karnataka Foundation

5. Agreement

By completing a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
